Subscription fees and payment terms for our financial planning consultation services.

• Monthly subscription fee of £250 including VAT, payable in advance
• Payment automatically renews monthly unless cancelled with 30 days written notice
• All fees are non-refundable once consultation services have been provided

Our liability for consultation services is limited in accordance with UK law and professional indemnity insurance coverage.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lomarixevant from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of consultation services or breach of these terms.

Either party may terminate the subscription service under the following conditions.

• You may cancel your subscription with 30 days written notice via email or account portal
• We may terminate services immediately for breach of terms or prohibited activities
• Upon termination, access to consultation services and platform materials ceases immediately

We may modify these terms periodically to reflect service changes or legal requirements. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modifications.

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
